1. Eliminate sugar, alcohol, fried and processed food from diet.
2. Eat lots of high fiber foods.
3. Have at least one green salad or green drink each day with added Omega 3 (EFA).
4. Maintain a diet low in calories, predominately vegetarian, with protein coming mostly from fish, sea greens and legumes.
5. Take nutritional supplements.
6. Enjoy regular exercise.
7. Maintain proper nerve function with chiropractic adjustments.
8. Try deep tissue massage to help regulate blood sugar.
